A free WooCommerce plugin that shows a customer trust score on every order, so you can spot likely COD refusals and return abuse before you ship. Free for every store, with fair-use limits that exist only to stop abuse. Phone numbers leave your store only as one-way hashes.
A trust column on the Orders list (trusted, mixed, high risk or no data), with a filter for high-risk orders. It reads saved order data only, so the list never slows down.
An order panel with the score, its confidence and the reasons behind it, plus buttons to re-check, report the delivery outcome (delivered, RTO, refused COD) and write a review.
Hide Cash on Delivery for high-risk customers (they can still pay online), give trusted customers a loyalty discount, or put risky orders on hold for a manual check. Rules act only on medium or high confidence scores.
The plugin never adds surcharges or raises prices for anyone, and shoppers only ever see neutral wording such as “Cash on Delivery isn’t available for this order.”
It fails open: if CustomerReview cannot be reached within 1.5 seconds, checkout carries on exactly as if the plugin were not installed.
Download the plugin zip, then in WordPress admin go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip, click Install Now and then Activate. Open WooCommerce → Settings → CustomerReview to connect your store. Shopify support is coming soon.
Sign up below with your store name, domain and a contact email. You get an API key straight away (50 lookups a day). Paste it into the plugin, then click Verify domain: the plugin publishes the verification tag for you, and a verified store gets 5,000 lookups a day.
