Yes. Searching a number and reading every review on it is free and needs no account. Writing a review is free too — you only sign in with a one-time password sent to your mobile number, so each review is tied to one verified number. There is no paid plan, no credits and no per-search charge.
No. Reviews are anonymous by design: the review record itself never stores the author. Authorship is kept in a separate private record that only you can read, which is what lets you edit or delete your own review while nobody — not the customer, not other businesses, not other reviewers — can see who wrote it.
Every reviewer signs in with a mobile number verified by OTP, and Indian mobile numbers are KYC-verified by telecom operators, so throwaway accounts are expensive to create. You cannot review your own number, reviews carry structured incident tags and optional evidence (order links, photos or video), and anyone can report a review for moderation.
Yes — use the Report option on the review, or email our grievance officer with the number and the reason. In line with the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days. Reviews that break our content rules or the law are removed. Yes. GET /api/v1/check/:phone returns a customer’s aggregate reputation as JSON — average rating, review count and incident tags, never any reviewer identity. It is read-only, CORS-enabled for browser and server calls, cached at the edge for 60 seconds and rate-limited to 30 requests per minute per IP, so you can call it straight from a checkout or order-confirmation hook.
